Introduction
Welcome to Game 939. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Game 939 platform, including the website at game939.app, all games, betting markets, promotions, and related services ("the Platform"). Game 939 is operated by the Game 939 group of companies ("Game 939", "we", "us", "our").
By completing registration, logging in, or placing a bet on Game 939, you are confirming that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all registered players regardless of how they access the Platform — desktop browser, mobile browser, or any future application.
These Terms are written in plain English. We have tried to make them as clear as possible for Game 939 players in Pakistan. If any section is unclear, please contact our support team before you start playing — they can explain any clause in plain terms.
These Terms were last updated on 1 June 2025. Game 939 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after a change notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Section 2
Account Registration and Eligibility
To use Game 939, you must register a player account. By registering, you confirm all of the following:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are registering only one account in your name. Duplicate accounts held by the same individual will be closed and any balances associated with the duplicate account may be forfeited.
- All information you provide during registration — including your name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information — is accurate, complete, and your own.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- You understand that gambling involves the risk of losing money.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from Game 939 or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Game 939 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Game 939 support immediately. Game 939 is not liable for losses that result from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
Game 939 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone. If you receive a message claiming to be from Game 939 and asking for your password, do not respond and report it to support@game939.app immediately.
Identity Verification (KYC)
Game 939 is required to verify the identity of players as part of platform security and anti-money laundering obligations. Verification may be requested at any time but is always required before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents typically requested include a government-issued ID (CNIC or passport) and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents will result in withdrawal suspension until verification is complete.
Section 3
Deposits
All deposits on Game 939 are made and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 200 unless a specific promotion states otherwise. The following payment methods are accepted:
- JazzCash mobile wallet
- Easypaisa mobile wallet
- NayaPay digital wallet
- SadaPay digital wallet
- IBFT bank transfer
- Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards
Game 939 does not charge any fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges — Game 939 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers. Mobile wallet deposits (JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay) are processed instantly. IBFT transfers typically clear within two to four hours on business days.
Important: Only deposit funds that are your own. Depositing funds belonging to a third party, or using a payment method registered to someone other than your Game 939 account holder, is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
Game 939 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion, including for fraud prevention or technical reasons. In the event a deposit is declined, no funds will be debited from your account. If a deposit appears to have been deducted from your payment account but has not been credited to your Game 939 balance, contact support immediately with the transaction reference number.
Section 4
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal from a Game 939 account is Rs 500. Game 939 does not charge withdrawal fees. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. If the original method is unavailable, Game 939 may request an alternative verified method.
Withdrawals are only sent to payment accounts held in the name of the registered Game 939 account holder. Requests to send withdrawals to a different name will be declined pending identity verification.
Withdrawal processing times are as follows:
- JazzCash and Easypaisa: typically within 15 minutes of approval
- NayaPay and SadaPay: typically within 30 minutes of approval
- IBFT bank transfer: two to four hours on business days; longer on weekends and public holidays
- Visa/Mastercard card: one to three business days
Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the Game 939 payments team before processing. Requests are typically reviewed within one hour during business hours. If a withdrawal is held for additional review, the player will be notified within 24 hours with the reason and any documents required to complete the review.
Any account that has not yet completed identity verification (KYC) will have withdrawal requests held until verification is satisfactorily completed. This applies to all Game 939 players regardless of deposit amount or account activity level.
Section 5
Bonuses and Promotions
Game 939 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All promotions are subject to these Terms and any additional terms published on the relevant promotion page on game939.app/promotions. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.
Wagering Requirements
All Game 939 bonuses that carry wagering requirements must be wagered the specified number of times before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus amount. Game contribution rates toward wagering are as follows:
- Slots and crash games (including Aviator): 100% contribution
- Sports and esports bets: 20% contribution
- Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 10% contribution
Bonus Abuse
Game 939 operates anti-fraud monitoring on all bonus activity. Actions considered bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using matched-betting techniques to eliminate wagering risk, placing bets that cover all or most outcomes on the same event, and any other behaviour that Game 939 determines to be exploiting the terms of a promotion rather than engaging with the platform in good faith.
Where bonus abuse is detected, Game 939 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, suspend the account pending review, and require repayment of any funds that were withdrawn as a result of abusive bonus activity. These actions may be taken without prior notice.
Bonus expiry: All Game 939 bonuses carry an expiry period, stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and wagering progress are forfeited once the expiry period passes. Your own deposited funds are not affected by bonus expiry.
Section 6
Gameplay Rules
Game 939 offers live casino games, crash games, slot games, and sports and esports betting markets. All games and markets are subject to their individual rules, which are accessible within each game interface or market listing. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
Live Casino: Live casino games are streamed from professional studios. All dealing and spinning is performed in real time by trained dealers following strict procedural standards. Round outcomes are determined by physical randomness — physical card draws, wheel spins, and dice rolls — not by software algorithms.
Crash Games: Crash games including Aviator are provably fair games where the round outcome is determined by a cryptographic seed generated before the round begins. Players can verify round outcomes using the published verification tool on the platform.
Sports and Esports Betting: All sports and esports bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body or tournament organiser. Game 939 reserves the right to void bets where an event is abandoned, postponed beyond 24 hours, or where the result cannot be confirmed from an official source.
Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction or error during a game round, Game 939 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the wager to the player's account. Any winnings generated from a clearly erroneous result — including software errors or misconfigured bet terms — will be voided and the player's balance adjusted accordingly.
Section 7
Responsible Gaming
Game 939 is committed to providing a gambling environment that promotes player safety. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through the account settings panel, without requiring a support request:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Increases to deposit limits take 48 hours to come into effect. Decreases take effect immediately.
- Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been actively playing for a set period.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit, bet, or claim bonuses. Cooling-off periods cannot be reversed once set.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from Game 939. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months. After six months, reinstatement requires written request and a 7-day cooling-off period before access is restored.

Section 8
Fraud, Money Laundering, and Prohibited Activity
Game 939 has a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, money laundering, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Game 939 platform:
- Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
- Exploiting software bugs or errors to obtain an unfair advantage
- Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting personal information
- Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
- Using a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service to circumvent geographic or account restrictions
Where Game 939 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or prohibited activity, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the activity to relevant financial and law enforcement authorities where required by law. Balances in accounts found to have engaged in prohibited activity may be permanently forfeited.
Section 9
Account Suspension and Closure
By the Player: You may close your Game 939 account at any time by contacting support at support@game939.app. Before closure is processed, all pending bets will be settled and any withdrawable balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure.
By Game 939: Game 939 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms
- Provision of false registration information
- Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
- Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent or abusive behaviour
- Request from a financial institution or law enforcement authority
In cases of voluntary closure or closure due to inactivity (where no misconduct is involved), any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player after identity verification. In cases involving misconduct or breach of Terms, balances may be withheld pending investigation.
Section 10
Limitation of Liability
Game 939 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Game 939 makes every effort to ensure the platform is available continuously and functions correctly, it does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Game 939 is not liable for:
- Loss of winnings or profits resulting from platform downtime or technical errors
- Losses resulting from a player's failure to keep their login credentials secure
- Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers
- Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the platform
- Losses resulting from a player's decision to participate in any game or place any bet
Nothing in these Terms limits Game 939's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Section 11
Privacy and Data
Game 939 collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the platform, verify player identities, process payments, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. The full details of how Game 939 handles your personal information — including what data is collected, how it is stored, who it may be shared with, and your rights as a data subject — are set out in our Privacy Policy.
By registering a Game 939 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time from your account settings.
Section 12
Changes to These Terms
Game 939 may update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — Game 939 will provide advance notice of at least 7 days via email to the registered address and/or in-platform notification before the changes take effect.
If you continue to use Game 939 after the effective date of any updated Terms, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should close your account before the changes come into effect. Any bets placed or deposits made before the effective date remain subject to the Terms in force at the time the transaction was made.
